Mobile Infirmary West Medical Building had Multiple leaks due to the age of the Flat and Shingled roof. Sealmark Roof Coating was used to Waterproof, Seal the Cracks and Stop Water Penetration. The white flat roof will reflect 95% of UV rays which causes heat. The entire roof is now water tight and has a 10 year warranty.
Mobile Infirmary West Medical Building. The Roof Coating for the shingles was tinted grey to match the building. Two coats were applied which locked the the shingles in place and gives new life to an old roof. The flat and shingled Roof is now waterproof and looks great!
Dantzler United Methodist Church in Ocean Springs MS was having water leaks through their roof as water would puddle behind the parapet wall pictured above. To solve the water intrusion issue, Trinity Services applied Sealmark roof coating in conjunction with roof mesh in suspect areas to stop all the water leaks; the area is now like a bath tub and is able to drain correctly instead of leaking.
Homestead Village Retirement Community in Fairhope AL had carpet around their pool which was a potential slip / fall hazard, as well as,
a mold and mildew problem. Their management team chose a beautiful Sealmark's Kristie's Ocean Q-Deck to be applied. The applicator had to prepare the substrate by sanding down the concrete to create a beautiful smooth service.
Because Q-Deck is a "Green" product, there are no harsh chemicals that could effect residents.
