Restoration Coating® can be applied to almost any substrate. From existing stucco surfaces to glazed brick, rubber, cured concrete, wood, metal or other structurally stable or previously painted substrates.
WILL SEALMARK COATINGS CRACK?
SEALMARK has a distinctive advantage in its' ability to flex and bend. Once primed, caulked and applied, the Sealmark Restoration Coating will make cracks disappear and your exterior will be waterproof.
100% WATERPROOF.
Our low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) system creates a membrane that stops moisture penetration before it can do damage to the underlying product. The Restoration Coating will Waterproof any existing surface, various metals, cured concrete, wood, aluminum, existing or new EIFS, masonry, aged vinyl siding or previously painted surfaces.
NO PEELING OR DISBONDING.
Sealmark technology has built in properties that guard against surface breaks that result in NO peeling, blistering, chipping or flaking.
FADE RESISTANT.
The SEALMARK Restoration Coating is extremely resistant to UV Fading, Chipping, Pealing and Bubbling. It will be the last time you paint your home, office, hospital or condo for a very very long time.
