Mobile Infirmary West Medical Building had Multiple leaks due to the age of the Flat and Shingled roof. Trinity Services used Sealmark Roof Coating to Waterproof, Seal the Cracks and Stop Water Penetration. We tinted the roof coating to match the shingled roof and coated the flat roof white to reflect UV rays which causes heat. The entire roof is now water tight and has a 10 year warranty.
The City of Pass Christian Ms had three NEW buildings leaking due to stucco cracks. Trinity Services coated the buildings with Sealmark Restoration Coating to Waterproof, Seal the Cracks and Stop Water Penetration. The Buildings turned out Beautiful and now have a 20 year warranty!
Homestead Village Retirement Community in Fairhope AL had issues with old carpeting glued down causing slip / fall problems, as well as mold in their Pool Complex area. Homestead Village chose a beautiful Kristie's Ocean colored Q-Deck for the entire pool complex, including the dressing rooms. The concrete under the carpet was sanded down by Trinity Services, then Q-Deck was applied. Because of Q-Deck's make-up, there will be no more Slip and Fall Issues and because Q-Deck has a bio-side, mold and mildew will no longer grow.
