Direct Application - SEALMARK Roof Coating is an acrylic-based, white elastometric coating reinforced with a space age ceramic binder. This unique chemistry allows for the application over a wide variety of substrates and surfaces. These include but are not limited to: Wood, Metal, Concrete, Gyp Board, Asphalt, EPDM Rubber, and most types of Foam.

100% Earth Friendly - Coating contains NO solvents or Volatile Organic Compounds.

Versatility - Commercial, Institutional and Industrial grade.

Exceptional Flexibility - Elongation factor of over 500% eliminates thermal shock and movement. Allows for application over wall areas as well as roof areas.

UV protection - Over 90% of UV rays are reflected away from roof surface.

Temperature Resistant - Cold temperatures will NOT affect roof coating and it will remain flexible in all climates.
