Roof Coating System (Warranty)

SEALMARK Corporation hereby warrants to the owner, that SEALMARK Coatings are free from defect in manufacture.

This warranty does not apply to cover failures due to improper surface prepararations and/or applications. Proper preparation and application includes, among othe things, the requirement that the coatings be applied to a clean, dry, sound surface and during weather appropriate for coating applications, as outlined in the general requirements sections of the specifications. All coatings must be installed in strict accordance with Sealmark's written application insgtructions and specifications. Sealmark shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages from any cause whatsoever.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLEID INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This warranty shall extend for a period of ten (10) years from the date installation of Sealmark coating is completed.

The obligation of Sealmark shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price of the Sealmark material, or to the replacement of that portion of the Sealmark material which is defective, as Sealmark shall elect, and this remedy shall be the exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Should any of the Sealmark materials warrantied against defect prove to be defective, the Sealmark purchaser must notify Sealmark of the defect in writing, providing dated proof of purchase.
